The Intellidea serves as an effective medium for
associates to table their ideas and thoughts that
could help to make a creative difference at the
work place, this could be a New Technology, Process
or an idea that may be disruptive in nature that
may challenge the way and usher in a completely

The Intellidea program helps associates to nurture
and table Big ideas, and be a part of a select
league of Intellians who have helped to make a
Big difference at the work place. This program
acts as a catalyst in the personal growth of an
associate and helps to gain a foothold in the
leadership front from a career perspective. If
the “Idea” is short listed by the
“Intellidea” committee then the associate
will have the option of creating a business plan
that will nurture that idea into a business preposition.
