We know that the most important need of an IT consulting organization is to quickly train their talent pool on new and niche skills to be at par with their competitors. We invest time and money to improve the technical caliber of our Associates.

Intelligroup encourages its Associates to undergo technical certifications. There are various certifications opportunities across all levels and skill set. We have partnered with SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, PMCC for providing relevant certifications to our Associates.

There is a very simple process for certification.

• The Associates forwards their updated resume to the Training Coordinator for eligibility check.
• The training coordinator sends the resume to the concerned certification partner to confirm the eligibility and approval for certification.
• On receipt of the approval, the Associate needs to submit a list of documents such as:
  • Consent Form
  • Passport Size photo
  • Hard copy of the project profile authenticated by Intelligroup
  • A Demand Draft for the certification amount.
• The Training Coordinator then sends the documents to the concerned training partner for confirmation of the certification date and a slot for undergoing the certification test.

On successful completion the associate can claim for reimbursement of the expenses by submitting the relevant receipts and certificates.
