Fresh B.Tech/MBA 2009 pass outs with 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th and in all semesters in their Engineering and Management studies. Management students who are completing their studies by end of 2008 can also apply
Intelligroup, in line with its innovative culture, started a bold initiative in the field of higher education through the Intelligroup Freshmen Program. By giving fresh graduates the right kind of training, this program enables us to prepare some of the best MCA, BCA, and B. E/BTech graduates to face the challenges of the dynamic Information Technology world.
Apart from equipping fresh graduates with the necessary platform for technical skills, behavioral skills and providing live project exposure, this program provides an opportunity for the candidate to get an overall perspective about the work environment/culture of a multinational organization specializing in providing quality IT services.
Eligibility Criteria:
The students with at least 60% aggregate in X, XII (or equivalent) and in all semesters in BE/MBA/MCA
Selection Process:
1. The selection process comprises of Aptitude Test & Personal Interview rounds
2. Students will be communicated on their success after each round
3. Qualified candidates will be offered positions within Intelligroup in Hyderabad or Bangalore, INDIA
Induction & Training:
Upon joining Intelligroup, fresh graduates undergo an induction program, which helps them to get an overall understanding of the Intelligroup work culture, processes and various career opportunities.
After being assigned to the business unit, the candidate is assigned a buddy, who helps provide the candidate with the required guidance and support, essential to gain a better understanding of the process and they will also be instrumental in their training needs.

2. How is the selection process done?
Our campus process starts with a pre-placement talk with students at designated campuses to help them understand Intelligroup better in order to make an informed choice. Interested and eligible students can then appear for a screening test. All short listed candidates will be taken through a technical interview. Those who clear the technical interview will then be required to complete an HR interview round. Candidates will be informed of their selection at the end of the selection process through the Placement Cell of the respective institution.
3. How does Intelligroup help me grow?

4. Whom do I contact for details on appointment letters and information on joining?
Offer letters to shortlisted candidates will be issued within 3 weeks of the Campus Recruitment Program at respective campuses and your joining date will begin from the second quarter of 2009 onwards (April 2009 onwards). 5. Do I have to furnish an employment bond before joining?
Yes, as a policy we insist on submission of a Bank Guarantee as an employment bond for a period of 2 years. This process will be educated to you during the Pre-Placement session.
