1. How do I register my campus? If you wish to register your campus for the 2009 campus recruitment program, please reach out to Prashanth Vaidyan at prashanthv@intelligroup.com and Madhumitha Murlidhar at madhumitham@intelligroup.com
2. How is the selection process done?
Our campus process starts with a pre-placement talk with students at designated campuses to help them understand Intelligroup better in order to make an informed choice. Interested and eligible students can then appear for a screening test. All short listed candidates will be taken through a technical interview. Those who clear the technical interview will then be required to complete an HR interview round. Candidates will be informed of their selection at the end of the selection process through the Placement Cell of the respective institution.

4. Whom do I contact for details on appointment letters and information on joining?
Offer letters to shortlisted candidates will be issued within 3 weeks of the Campus Recruitment Program at respective campuses and your joining date will begin from the second quarter of 2009 onwards (April 2009 onwards). If you have any questions pertaining to your Offer Letter, joining date or joining location, you can reach out to Madhumitha Murlidhar at madhumitham@intelligroup.com
5. Do I have to furnish an employment bond before joining?
Yes, as a policy we insist on submission of a Bank Guarantee as an employment bond for a period of 2 years. This process will be educated to you during the Pre-Placement session.
