The challenge for the Human Resources team at Intelligroup is to build an organization whose culture will attract and retain talented and committed employees, dedicated to deliver Intelligroup’s business goals.

The Team
There are multiple functions/areas that an HR professional at Intelligroup can opt for. The recruitment team attracts talented professionals for the various business units at Intelligroup. Unit HR’s are responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for their respective business units/competencies, while the core team provides expertise in such areas as Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Diversity, Management Development, and Staffing.

Desired Qualification
