Practice Members
Managers: Individuals with managerial
experience in a BPO/KPO environment or in the
industry with proven capability of managing large
teams and setting direction. Exposure in managing
client relationships, meeting stringent SLA requirements
will be a necessary pre-requisite. Ability to
assess client requirements and develop appropriate
outsourcing solutions and appreciation of latest
industry trends will be distinct advantage
Team Leaders: Individuals with
team leading experience in a BPO environment and
flexibility to work in shifts. Task Orientation,
operating in an SLA driven environment, in depth
experience in the associated process, excellent
written and verbal communication skills will be
necessary pre-requisites.
Technical Writers: Graduates
and Post Graduates with a flair for writing and
appreciation of technology and development methodology.
Team working ability and flexibility to operate
in shifts will be an added advantage.
Analysts: Graduates and Postgraduates
with a flair for data analysis and presentation
and ability to work in SLA oriented environment.
Prior experience with
Process Associates: Graduates
with the zest to learn and the zeal to achieve
with or without experience in BPO outfits may
apply. Prior track record of on time delivery
and flexibility to work in shifts will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
will be necessary prerequisites.
Specific Skills for Service Areas:
Publishing: Candidates with
a flair for writing, content creation, editing
and prior experience in publishing houses, publishing
BPO outfits. Exposure to Framemaker, Pagemaker,
Robo Help will be necessary pre-requisites
Candidates with exposure to technologies like
XML, SGML, HTML, Java, Visual basic, Scanning
Software and OCR technology and an understanding
of publishing industry need apply
Learning Management: Candidates
with exposure to Learning Services BPO, flair
for writing, exposure to authoring tools and seeking
a career in Technical and Document writing are
assured of a fast track growth path.
Online Marketing & Market Research
Data Analysis: Candidates with a flair
for marketing and prior experience in market research
agencies or other marketing outfits with proven
analytical capability are required and will experience
fast track career growth within the company
Financial Reporting: Candidates
with Masters in Commerce, business management
degree (specialization in finance), chartered
accountants, cost accountants and experience in
preparation of financial reports for companies.
Exposure to reporting tools and technologies will
be an added advantage
