Skill-sets required
for the Intelligroup Oracle Practice
Project Managers
Candidates with an excellent track record of project
delivery and management along with good estimation
& talent nurturing skills. Candidates must
have exposure to Global Delivery models in Implementation,
AMS and Upgrade scenarios with good customer facing
skills (communication, articulation and presentation
skills). Exposure to pre-sales processes is also
required.
Team Leaders Candidates with a good track record of
delivery and execution in their respective work
streams (functional or technical), with exposure
to Global Delivery Model (onsite & offshore)
coupled with good communication and presentation
skills.
Consultants
Functional Consultants
Candidate with a proven track record in Implementation,
Support & Upgrade projects with strong Oracle
Applications skills and good domain experience
in their respective functional areas.
Technical Consultants The candidate must have exposure to a
range of Implementation, Support & Upgrade
projects (any or a combination of all), with very
good skills in Oracle Development Tools, Workflows,
PL/SQL and Fusion Technologies (at a min. Oracle
Development Tools – Forms, Reports &
PL/SQL is a must).
All prospective Application
DBAs must possess at least one Implementation
& Upgrade Project experience and must be proficient
in the latest technical concepts such as Grid
Computing, RAC. Knowledge of Hardware Configuration
& solutioning is a must.
All prospective Functional Consultants
must have excellent communication, articulation
and presentation skills. All Technical Consultants
must have had experience of Onsite-Offshore delivery
models and must have a proven track record of
ability to communicate with Onsite Consultants
and/or Client personnel.
Associate Consultants Candidates must have had at least 1 full
lifecycle implementation project experience, along
with Support or Upgrade projects. They must possess
very good skills in their respective modules or
technical areas and must be capable of completing
project deliverables assigned to them on a stand-along
basis. Good communication and customer interaction
skills are a necessity.
