All hands Meet
The quarterly All Hands Meet provides an opportunity for fellow Intellians to regroup every quarter and get an overall perspective into Intelligroup’s affairs and performance in the previous quarter. Apart from getting an overview into the company’s performance, associates also get an opportunity to interact with the CEO and get answers to their queries. This event also provides the associates a platform to table their thoughts and provide inputs or suggestions that can be beneficial to the organization. The quarterly awards for Top performers are presented to the deserving associates on this occasion.

Apart from business, this forum also showcases the stage talents of Intelligroup employees, who entertain the crowd with their enthusiasm and zeal.

Snacks and tea sums up this event, wherein associates get an opportunity to socialize with other teams and senior members in the organization.

F5 Refresh 2007, Intelligroup’s Annual Employee Meet, provided a stage for Intelligroup associates to exhibit creativity, showcase talent and also support the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative.

The month long event was witness to various events such as, Intelli Rock Star, Smile Star, Mega Star, Mad Ads, Skit, Photo & Video Competition and Antakshari.

These events provided a wonderful prelude to the final event that was held at Mountain Heights, Shilparamam. The Intelli Carnival provided entertainment for Associates and their families with Game Stalls, Jumping Castles, Horse Rides, Camel Rides, Tattoo, Tarot, Caricature, Mehendi, Sugar Candy, Pani Puri and Chaat.

The final event featured a host of internal talent along with performances from the physically challenged and the under privileged, followed by a lavish dinner and a rocking Disco with the best DJ in town. This event also served as a fund-raiser, as the proceeds from the game stalls were made available for CSR activities which support charitable causes.
