What are the interviews like at Intelligroup?
If you have been short-listed for an interview,
an Intelligroup recruiter will contact you and let
you know the process in place. The interview process
differs slightly dependent upon role, location and
availability of our interviewing teams. Your Recruiter
will remain your 'point of contact' throughout the
process and will provide you with interviewer feedback
and information regarding your progress. The interviews
are an opportunity for you to have an in-depth discussion
with the interviewer about your work experience,
skills, qualifications and job aspirations.

How long does the process take before a decision
has been made?
The duration of the recruitment process depends
on the role and how many people have been short-listed
for interviews. If your candidature does not suit
the requirement, your recruiter will usually be
able to advise you within 48 hours. We prefer
to do this by phone so we have the opportunity
to discuss the interview feedback with you and
explain our decision-making process. Our aim is
to inform you of any decision as soon as possible,
so that you are free to continue discussions with
other employers you may be considering. If you
have been successful in your interview, your Recruiter
will let you know the anticipated time frame we
expect for you to wait as we progress with our
consideration of other candidates.

Yes. Intelligroup reserves the right to check
references and educational qualifications extensively
for any candidate at any point in the recruitment
process.

What is the qualification I need to apply to Intelligroup?
You need to be a BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/ Phd or
an MCA graduate to become a software professional
at Intelligroup. You need to be a management graduate
to join Service related jobs. For entry level
positions, Intelligroup recruits candidates from
select branches of engineering such as computer
science, electronics and communication, electrical
and electronics, information technology, information
systems & instrumentation as well as MCAs.

Do I have to be a software professional to join
Intelligroup?
At an entry level Intelligroup does not insist
of prior software knowledge since it provides
extensive training in software development to
new entrants. However for experienced professionals,
relevant experience is preferred.

Your school/college grades and performance in
the entrance exam will be taken into consideration
for selection. Experienced candidates will be
put on to an interview.

advances/loans to set-up their homes. The loan
schemes are quite unique ranging from loans for
house deposits to loans for two-wheelers.

What relocation options does Intelligroup offer?
Intelligroup provides relocation benefits only
to those for whom the place of posting is different
from the current work location. In such a case
accommodation for eight days is provided to help
the new candidates settle in. Intelligroup will
also reimburse on actuals upto the II AC railway
fare from the current work location to the place
of posting. Transportation of household goods
is reimbursed upto a reasonable amount.
